Overview:

  • The Visitor Center Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of the Pine Valley Heritage Center in Pine Valley, Utah.
  • This position entails a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and supporting our partner Zion Forever.
  • The position will be located in Pine Valley and government housing will be available.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Register duties - Manage visitor questions and concerns, assist Zion Forever with product sales. Monitor the daily operations of the visitor center.
  • Maintenance duties - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the visitor center and the grounds.
  • Program assistance - assist in planning and coordinating educational programs and activities for visitors. Assist in organizing special events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or education programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
